1. Overview Listify AI ("the App") is a Shopify application developed by Stefan Drobac. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

• Shop domain — used to identify your store and associate your presets and usage records
• Product images — uploaded by you, sent to the AI model to generate product listings, and then uploaded to your Shopify store. Images are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the request.
• Presets — configuration data you create (vendor name, product type, tone, AI instructions) stored to provide the app's functionality
• Generation counts — a count of how many AI generations your store has used this month, used to enforce plan limits

3. Data We Do Not Collect We do not collect, store, or process any personal data about your customers. We do not use third-party cookies or local storage.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI-powered product listings from your images
• To manage your presets and settings
• To enforce monthly generation limits based on your subscription plan

5. Data Sharing

• Product images and preset instructions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to generate product listing content. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention Your presets and generation counts are retained while the app is installed on your store. Upon uninstallation, all data associated with your store is permanently deleted within 48 hours.

7. GDPR & CCPA Compliance We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements. Upon request, we will provide, correct, or delete any data we hold. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

8. Security All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled by Shopify's Billing API.
